A bar that was popular for burnouts and bikes has closed its doors for good. SBB recently sold their extension bar, Four Corners, this month, and the new owner has big plans.

"The plans in the future is to raze the building because the property is worth more than the building," said SBB event manager, Bill Barber.

Barber wouldn't disclose the buyer because they wanted to remain anonymous.

Four Corners was built in 2002 and was a large warehouse that held an indoor burnout pit and concert space.

"Oh we liked the places, they're fun. There's a lot going on, there was always something going on," said biker Bruce Bunker.

Four Corners was originally open daily, eventually, because of the economy, it was only open for special events and bike week.

SBB also blames Myrtle Beach's restrictions on the rallies, including a helmet law, that was later overturned.

However, the numbers for the bike week quickly diminished, affecting business for bike week.

"In their mind bike week was too long and too loud and it slowly, slowly started to affect us, plus the economy on top of that," said Barber.

So what plans does the new owner have for SBB?

"He's mentioned a couple things, medical or commercial," said Barber.

As of Wednesday, the owner had not applied for a demolition request or business license with the county for SBB's address.
