An Horry County Jury returned a verdict in the case of State v. Kareem Shamel Harry Thursday finding Harry guilty of Murder in the death of Kevin Bowen.
Testimony began on Tuesday and the State rested its case on Wednesday afternoon. The defense began its case that same day. Closing arguments began at approximately 10:20 Thursday morning, and the jury received the case just before noon.
Harry was sentenced to 31 years, day for day with no possibility of parole or release.
