The Myrtle Beach Police are asking for your help in identifying the man in the attached photo.
Police believe he was part of an Identity Fraud or Impersonation that happened on December 3 at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center.
Another man received several bills from the hospital, saying he owed around $1300.
The man above is believed to have faked the victim's identity.
