Horry County Fire Rescue, Tabor City and Loris fire crews are investigating a house fire in Nichols.
The fire started in the living room around 3:30 Thursday morning at 2051 Housand Loop off Highway 9.
Everyone got out of the home safely, but damage is extensive.
"There's a lot of damage throughout the house. I've not been inside to actually determine the extent but there will be heavy fire and heat damage throughout," according to Horry County Assistant Fire Chief Douglas Cline.
The Red Cross is now helping the family.
The fire has been ruled accidental, but investigators are still determining the cause.
