Our forecast remains unsettled with the front remaining stalled to our north. Another round of scattered storms will be around this afternoon and evening. Slow moving storms will create localized flooding concerns and ponding on the roads. Strong storms with intense lightning will possible along with small hail and strong wind gusts. Over the next two days the front will begin to washout and our rain chances will decrease. High pressure over the Atlantic, known as the Bermuda High, will build back toward the East Coast bringing more typical July weather to the forecast. That means a little more heat and humidity, but only a few storms in the afternoon and evening hours. .
Temps will only reach the upper 80s to low 90s for the rest of the week and weekend, but the humidity stays high.
