High pressure building in from the Northeast will continue to bring in a slightly "cooler" airmass today along with a little extra cloud cover. The ridge of high pressure will settle off of the Southeast and will supply a very warm flow for Tuesday and Wednesday. A cold front will come through on Wednesday. This will entice an isolated Inland storm Tuesday afternoon and bring in a better chance for scattered showers and storms on Wednesday. After a brief return to the 80s before the front passes, temps will drop to the mid/upper 70s for the rest of the week and weekend. Today: Clouds early give way to a mix of clouds and sun. Highs- Grand Strand: Upper 70s,Around 80° Inland.
Tonight: Mostly clear to partly cloudy and mild. Lows:Low/Mid 60s.
Tuesday: Partly sunny, warmer, with a slight chance for a shower/storm. Highs- Grand Strand: Upper 70s, Inland: Low 80s.
