High pressure will settle off of the Southeast Coast today and tomorrow bringing a nice warm up to the area. Spring-like warmth will be around for today and Wednesday with highs in the 70s for many locations, aside from along the immediate coast where a chilly ocean breeze will keep temps closer to the upper 60s. A cold front will come through tomorrow with a period of heavy rain and the potential for strong wind gusts. A slight risk of severe storms will be possible for most of the area tomorrow afternoon into tomorrow night.
