One more nice, warm day is expected with breezy conditions into the afternoon. Temps will climb near 80 area wide, but enjoy it now because a chill is coming. A cold front will move through the area tonight bringing in a significantly cooler airmass to the area for the next few days. Highs will struggle to hit the mid 60s Wednesday and Thursday and temps will be dropping into the 30s Wednesday and Thursday nights. The chance for frost to develop will be around as well. This means those with agricultural interests, gardens, tender plants, etc will need to take precautions. Don't forget to bring in your pets as well. A few areas along the border could see temps drop around freezing by Thursday morning.
