A front stalled to our West will slowly push East over the next few days. The area will remain unseasonably warm through Wednesday with hghs in the 70s for many locations. Near record highs will be possible again. The slight chance for a few showers and mostly cloudy skies will be around for areas West of I-95 while most locations east will see more sunshine and dry conditions. While the front will gradually push through Wednesday to Thursday, rain chances will remain low. The front will hang up off of the coast and an area of low pressure will ride along the front late Thursday in to Friday. This will bring the best chance for rain and mostly cloudy skies.
