A routine traffic stop that turned into a vehicle and foot pursuit ended in a wreck at Brown Swamp Rd. and Highway 501 Monday around 10:45 a.m., according to Sgt. Robert Kegler with Horry County police.
Kegler said Horry County narcotics officers are also investigating the case.
Three people were arrested after a foot chase.
South Carolina Highway Patrol charged the driver of the car with not having a valid drivers license.
