Yesterday's rain maker moves away leaving behind some clouds and mild conditions. A strong cold front to our west will bring a severe weather outbreak along the Gulf Coast today and into the Southeast tonight. That system will increase rain chances in our area late tonight and tomorrow. The chance for strong/severe storms will increase through the late morning and afternoon on Wednesday, then drop off toward the evening. Severe storms will be possible with damaging wind gusts and tornadoes possible. You can always track our rain chances on First Alert Live Doppler 15000 or if you have an iPhone or Android make sure you download or app! Windy conditions will also pick up with gusts around 30mph possible through Thursday. Colder air will be surging in behind the front Thursday and stick around through Friday. Another system is forecast to move in to start the weekend with the chance for rain.

Today:Partly sunny to mostly cloudy and mild. Slim chance for a shower, mainly late. Highs- Low 60s.

Tonight: Rain showers move in. Mild. Lows:Low/mid 50s.

Wednesday: Rain and storms likely with severe storms possible. Highs-Mid/Upper 60s.
