SC Highway Patrol investigating wreck on Old Latta Highway

South Carolina Highway Patrol responded to a wreck in Dillon County about 7 a.m. Thursday.

The wreck blocked Old Latta Highway near the Dillon County jail, troopers say.

There were no serious injuries.
