DUI trial scheduled for former Atlantic Beach police chief

Trial has been set for February 14 for former Atlantic Beach police chief Randy Rizzo.

Surfside Beach police pulled over Rizzo in May 2012.

An officer said Rizzo was swerving down Highway 17.

His trial is set for 2 p.m. in Surfside Beach Municipal Court, court officials said Tuesday.
