The Georgetown County Sheriff's Office is asking for help locating Laswana Gamble, 18, of Georgetown County in regards to an altercation with a family member which led to Gamble attacking her cousin with a knife.

Georgetown County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a call in the Andrews Community of Georgetown County Thursday evening around 5:25 to the report of a victim being cut by a knife. Gamble was involved in a verbal argument with the victim which escalated into her pulling a knife out of her purse and attacking the victim according to deputies.

The victim was transported to the Georgetown Memorial Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Deputies say Gamble fled the scene.

If anyone has any information on the whereabouts of Gamble or any information regarding this incident, please contact the Georgetown County Sheriff's Office at 843-546-5101.
