Governor Nikki Haley appointed Jimmy A. Richardson the Solicitor of the 15th Judicial Circuit to serve the remainder of the unexpired term of J. Gregory Hembree.
On Tuesday, December 18, at 2:00 p.m., Solicitor Richardson will be officially sworn in by Resident Circuit Judge Steven H. John in Courtroom 3-B of the New Judicial Center.
The 15th Judicial Circuit covers Horry and Georgetown counties.
