Man arrested for Armed Robbery, Possession of Sawed off Rifle

A Myrtle Beach man was arrested after police say a sawed off shotgun fell out of his pants following an armed robbery.

On Saturday, the Myrtle Beach Police Department responded to Winchester Court in reference to an armed robbery at 10 p.m, according to a press release.

The victim said he was robbed of his money and cell phone while taking out the trash.

The victim also stated that one of the three men who robbed him pointed a sawed off rifle at him.

Police say that they found David Giovani Boseman in the area of the robbery. When police approached Boseman the sawed off rifle fell out of his pants.

They say the victim positively identified Boseman.

Boseman is charged with Armed Robbery and Possession of a Sawed off Rifle.
