UPDATE
The Georgetown County Sheriff's Office says William Taylor, 49, who went missing Tuesday has been found safe and sound.
The Georgetown County Sheriff's Office says the original report they received was that Taylor has Alzheimer's Disease. They later said he has medical issues, but not Alzheimer's.
Mr. Taylor's caregiver told the sheriff's office that he returned home on his own today.
