An 18-year-old who intentionally hit someone with her car at a Myrtle Beach hotel last year has pleaded guilty.

Courtney Hunt was 17-years-old when she hit the peron at the Sea Mist Resort parking lot in June 2011.

The victim sustained multiple serious injuries, including skull fractures.

Myrtle Beach police arrested Hunt about a month later.

A judge sentenced her Monday to six years for Assault and Battery of a High and Aggravated nature. She was originally charged with Attempted Murder.
