UPDATE
Deputies in Robeson County, NC are investigating the death of a man found in a car on Persimmons Road off of Highway 710 in Rowland, Tuesday morning.
A passerby saw the man slumped over in the car and called 911, according to Robeson County Sheriff Kenneth Sealey.
The man has been identified as Paul Locklear, but deputies have not been able to tell us Locklear's age or hometown.
Deputies say the man was in the driver's seat and had been shot.
