Myrtle Beach police arrested Jacobo Martinez-Rodriguez, 33, saying he raped a young girl under the age of eleven.
The victim told her mother Martinez-Rodriguez would take her to a shed where he lived behind the victim's home and put his penis in her mouth and vagina, according to a police report.
Martinez-Rodriguez would repeat to the victim that he was nice because he let her go home, the report says.
The victim was taken to Grand Strand Regional Medical Center for an evaluation.
Martinez-Rodriguez had an outstanding warrant with Horry County for failing to comply with a court order to serve a two-day sentence.
