State police are not going to investigate allegations that a former solicitor sexually molesting several boyswhile he was their boy scout leader decades ago.
Two brothers sued Jay Hodge two weeks ago, accusing him of sexually molesting them in the 1970's and 1980's.
A third plaintiff joined the lawsuit just last week.
Hodge was chief prosecutor in four counties for a dozen years until deciding not to run again in 1998.
Hodge denies the allegations.
