Police arrested a second man for a deadly shooting that happened in Fayetteville on September 5.
U.S. Marshals arrested Rahsheed Williams Monday at a home in the Lumber Ridge community.
Garrett Alford, 21, of Lumberton was found dead behind a home on Colonial Drive.
Police charged Steven Moore, 25, and Rahsheed Williams with First Degree Murder, Conspiracy to Commit Murder and Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
Moore was arrested last week.
