Myrtle Beach police are investigating the death of a man who fell from a balcony at the Palms Resort Hotel in Myrtle Beach Friday night.
Lowell "Jordan" Timms, 27, of Myrtle Beach died after he fell 20 feet to the pool deck below, according to Horry County Deputy Coroner Tamara Willard.
EMS responded to the scene around 10:25 p.m. and transported Timms to Grand Strand Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced dead at 11:01 p.m.
Timms died from head trauma, said Willard.
