The aunt of a woman who ran her vehicle into a gas pump and post at Loris Market and Beverages on Highway 9 Business says her niece is lucky.
The aunt says the woman suffers from Lupus and had a seizure or a stroke, which caused the crash before 10 a.m. Friday.
The woman was taken to the Loris Hospital.
The owner of the convenience store says the woman's car spun around the parking lot and out into the road twice before running into the gas pump and hitting the post. He says luckily, there were no cars in the road
No one else was hurt.
