Highway Patrol says a pedestrian died Saturday morning in a crash on Secondary 461/Old Georgetown Rd. in Florence County.
Florence County Coroner Investigator Keith von Lutcken says around 3:50 a.m. Jerry Mention, 26, died at the scene after he was struck by a 2006 Nissan driven by a 34-year-old woman.
Mention, a resident of the Scranton area, was walking in the driver's lane when he was struck, said von Lutcken.
