The State Law Enforcement Division charged Juanita Jackson with Alterting, Tampering, Bypassing Utility Meters.
Her's is at least the third arrest in Timmonsville water thefts.
Agents say Timmonsville workers locked her water meter on January 18 and shut off her water for non-payment.
On February 18, workers returned to find water had been used and the lock was tampered with.
Agents say Jackson admitted to tampering with the meter to get water in her home.
