Detectives with the Horry County Police Department's Property Crimes Section are working to identify a suspect in about 25 car break-ins around the Socastee area.

On July 26, police started investigating the break-ins. In one of them, the suspect was captured on surveillance camera.

The suspect captured on camera has tattoos on both arms and what appears to be a large tattoo on the right side of his neck.

Detectives are asking anyone with information that could lead to the identity of the suspect to contact them at (843) 915-5350. You may also call (843) 915-TIPS if you wish to remain anonymous.
