Myrtle Beach police arrested a 76-year-old man and a 64-year-old woman for having sex in a public park.
Around 3 p.m. Wednesday, police found James Harsey performing oral sex on Audra Rodriguez near a bridge in Balsam Park, according to a police report.
Both have been charged with exposure of private parts in a lewd and lascivious manner and violating a park ordinance.
The police report says Harsey and Rodriguez were intoxicated with several bottles of vodka in their possession.
In the report, Rodriguez is listed as homeless, and Harsey has a Myrtle Beach address.
