Horry County police say no charges will be filed against the sailboat owner whose boat ran ashore over the weekend.

The owner says the anchor got loose and the boat ended up on the beach.

After several failed attempts to remove it on Sunday, a professional towing service was called in.

Two tow boats pulled 44-footer for an hour as high tide rolled in Monday and got the boat back out to sea.
