Firefighters say lightning struck a 4,000 square foot home in the Forestbrook area of Horry County Wednesday afternoon.
Horry County Fire Rescue responded to Viejas Road around 4:30 p.m. They say there was a fire in the attic, and flames were coming from the roof.
Firefighters are still on scene.
