On July 5, 2012 Murder suspect Terry Edward Lowery of 1104 Washington Street, Laurinburg, N.C. was apprehended at the Laurinburg Police Department after being brought there by a family member.

Lowery was wanted for the Murder of Larry Wayne Goodwin and Jennifer Megan Easterling. I happened on June 19, 2012.

Lowery was charged with 2 counts of First Degree Murder, 2 counts of Kidnapping, 1 count of Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon, 1 count of Burglary, and 1 count of Discharging a Firearm in the City Limits.

Lowery was also served a warrant by the Scotland County Sheriff's Office for Financial Card Fraud.

Terry Lowery was placed in Scotland County Jail with no bond for the 2 counts of 1st Degree Murder and 1,000,000 bond for all of the remaining charges.

Lowery was given a first appearance in court of June 6, 2012.
