GEORGETOWN, S.C. (WCIV) -- Two more dogs were found bound in a Georgetown canal, only this time, they didn't make it.

A black lab was found wrapped in duct tape earlier this week, struggling to stay afloat. Now the bodies of two more dogs were found in the International Paper canal on Brick Chimney Road Thursday.

Officials with the Georgetown County Sheriff's Office say they found the dogs around noon.

The discovery comes two days after a black Labrador, now named Dara, was found muzzled and taped up. She was spotted by a girl fishing from the bridge and soon rescued.
