On Wednesday night, Broadway at the Beach held its annual July 4th fireworks presentation, only it didn't go off as planned. Due to technical difficulties, the show was much shorter than it was supposed to be.
So Broadway at the Beach will hold another fireworks display on Friday, July 6th at 10 p.m.
"We realize that many visitors who are in town for the July 4th week made a special trip to Broadway at the Beach for the fireworks and then were disappointed," said O'Neil McCoy, general manager of Broadway at the Beach. "Glitches happen, but, since our goal is to have our visitors leave Broadway with good memories, we'd like to make it up to them. So, we hope they will join us for this fireworks show on Friday."
