Police arrested a Conway man for sexually assaulting a 32-year-old woman, and officers are still looking for a second suspect.
Conway police charged Billy Gerald Smith, 58, with 1st Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct and Kidnapping.
Officers were called to the Conway Hospital Emergency Room to talk to the woman who told police she'd been sexually assaulted by Smith and another man. She told police she knew them both.
Smith was arrested and booked at J. Reuben Long Detention Center on Wednesday. Online records show he was released Thursday.
The woman identified the second man, but NewsChannel will not release his name until he is formally charged.
