The inmate found dead in the Florence County Detention Center about 7 p.m. Thursday was Richard Rublowitz, according to Deputy Coroner Don Reynolds
Rublowitz and his family are accused of distributing oxycodone in a drug mill that ran between New Jersey and Myrtle Beach.
He was being held in Florence County after the U.S. Attorney's Office charged him with the crime.
Rublowitz was one of ten people arrested, including his wife, three sons, daughter-in-law and son's girlfriend.
