A wreck involving four to five cars, with one of them overturned, has shut down all lanes of Highway 17 in front of the Applebees in Garden City.

That's where Highway 17 Business splits to run in front of the Marsh Walk or merge into the Highway 17 Bypass.

Lance Cpl. Sonny Collins with the Highway Patrol says there were no major injuries.

The road has been cleared.

Santee Cooper workers checked out a power pole that was damaged in the crash before emergency workers opened the road to traffic.
