Horry County police arrested a man accused of raping a 7-year-old girl.
They charged Jarvis Samuel, 23, with criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
The girl says Samuel pulled down her pants and raped her while the family was vacationing at the Myrtle Beach Golf and Yacht club in March 2006. She says he also raped her in Dillon County.
The girl's mother says the girl just told her what happened this March.
Samuel was arrested Saturday. He's being held in J. Reuben Long Detention Center.
