Highway Patrol arrested Samantha Leigh Collins, 34, of North Myrtle Beach around midnight Saturday.
Troopers would not say what led them to stop Collins on Highway 501 near Lake Busbee. They would only say that they charged her with DUI.
Collins works for Shoreline Behavioral Health, which is a supplementary agency of Horry County Government.
