Michael Ryner, 16, turned himself in to police Thursday for a shooting on Alder Road on May 20.
Laurinburg police say he was the third and final suspect in the shooting. He's charged with Attempted Murder, Attempted Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, Going Armed to the Terror of the Public, Felony Conspiracy and Discharging a Firearm in the City Limits.
Eddie Frank McLaurin, III, 19, turned himself in Wednesday.
Police arrested Calvin Stewart, 16. All three face the same charges.
Laurinburg police say the victim, who has since recovered, was in his backyard, talking with three other people, when when he was shot several times, including one shot in the head.
