LAURINBURG -- Laurinburg police charged Allen Alexander Armstrong, 45, and Waldorf DeCarlos, 27, with about 70 counts of Breaking and Entering and several counts of Larceny.
Police say they committed the crimes between December and April.
Police executed two search warrants Wednesday and found items stolen from Storage Solutions on Main Street.
Both men are in the Scotland County jail.
