Tropical Storm Alberto will remain well off the Southeast coast as it passes East of the Carolinas overnight. An isolated shower or storm can't be ruled out, but most locations will stay dry with a mix of clouds and sun. Highs will stay in the upper 70s to mid 80s depending on how much sun areas get with the warmest readings Inland. A cold front will approach the Carolinas on Tuesday and Wednesday. This will keep the chance for widely scattered storms in the forecast and highs warming into the 80s area wide. The end of the week will be drier and hotter with highs Inland reaching near 90.

Today: Mix of Sun & Clouds, Isolated shower/storm possible. Highs- Grand Strand: Upper 70s, Inland low/mid 80s.
