A motorcycle and a Jeep collided near 14th Avenue South and US 17 about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, according to Surfside Beach police.
The motorcycle driver, a woman from Virginia, was taken to Grand Strand Regional Medical Center with serious injuries.
The driver of the Jeep wasn't hurt.
No one was charged in the crash.
Surfside Beach police say their investigation of the wreck will be complete on Wednesday.
