Darlington police say they have warrants to charge Otis Gregg, 33, with Criminal Sexual Conduct and Lewd Act on a minor.
Officers say he committed sexual battery against an 11-year-old girl on more than one occasion between January and April.
Police say they got involved after the girl's mother notified them.
