About 500 seniors showed their stuff Friday at the 4th annual Waccamaw Sports Classic.
Some participants said the games give them a reason to get up and move.
"At our age we need all the exercise we can, and we should exercise more often because of health reasons," said Alice Wright, 40M winner.
The Waccamaw Sports Classic is held on the Coastal Carolina University campus. Students received credit for organizing and implementing the event.
