Horry County police charged Christian Cicero Wilson, 43, of Little River with ten counts of Armed Robbery.
Police say they learned the same man was robbing different stores in Little River and near North Myrtle Beach with either a knife or needle starting in February.
On April 5, they say Wilson robbed a business in North Myrtle Beach. They say he matched the description of the previous robberies.
Detectives with the Horry County Police Department and the North Myrtle Beach Public Safety Department started working together to identify the suspect.
They were able to do that when Horry County police responded to an address on Highway 111 in Little River for a missing endangered person who was threatening to harm himself. The clothing and physical description of the missing person matched the description of the suspect responsible for the Armed Robbery in North Myrtle Beach earlier in the day.
On April 6, the missing person returned home and was taken into custody by the Horry County Police Department without incident.
