Myrtle Beach City Council passes temporary tattooing ordinance

A new ordinance regulating temporary tattoos passed in a Myrtle Beach City Council meeting Tuesday, according to MB spokesman Mark Kruea.

The new rules require providers to post health notices and total costs.

The rules passed unanimously and will take effect immediately.
