Georgetown County deputies charged Stoney William Sanders, 29, with Illegal Tattoo.

They say a neighbor called saying a man was tattooing several women in a shed behind his home.

Deputies said when they got there, they could see Sanders tattooing a woman in plain view.

They say Sanders said he used to work at a tattoo shop and didn't know it was illegal to tattoo friends.

Three people admitted to paying Sanders for a tattoo.

Deputies say there was no running water and the only form of sanitation was a spray bottle with possible bleach cleaner and an open roll of paper towels.

Deputies arrested Sanders and seized a tattoo machine, pictures and price lists of tattoos, needles and other things.

Sanders was taken to the Georgetown County Detention Center.
