Conway police say they tried to stop a vehicle at McDermott Street and 16th Avenue North Wednesday afternoon when the driver took off.
Police say the driver jumped out of the Chevy Tahoe and ran into the woods around Rainwood Drive. Police are looking for him now.
The man is described at 6'02", about 180 pounds, wearing a red long-sleeve T-shirt, white tennis shoes and skull cap.
Police say the Tahoe may be stolen.
