A Myrtle Beach woman is accused of using information off the West Virginia nursing website to obtain a license in January through the South Carolina Nursing Board.

Horry County police say Candace Dawn Arbogast, 37, had been working at various doctors' offices without nursing credentials.

Police began investigating after being contacted by the South Carolina Nursing Board when a date of birth and other information didn't match up for Arbogast.

Arbogast turned herself in and has been charged with Unlicensed Practice as Registered Nurse or Practical Nurse.

She is out of jail on bond.
