DILLON COUNTY -- A 31-year-old man has been charged with murdering his brother, according to the Dillon County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies say John Lane killed his brother, Bradley Lane, 29, Sunday afternoon. They say he later called them and confessed to the murder.
Bradley Lane's body was found near a home on Cashua Ferry Road, between Latta and the Bingham community.
An autopsy is being conducted to determine how Bradley Lane died.
John Lane is being held in the Dillon County Detention Center.
